Every Transformers Studio Series toy I've reviewed so far has been awesome. Jetfire continues that trend and it's not because of his combined mode with Optimus Prime. He's a wonderful figure on his own and the fact that he's also a combiner is just gravy. Jetfire is my top favorite Transformers character, and everybody knows and is in complete agreement that his appearance of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is not only his coolest design, but making him as an old man caricature was the right choice. Okay but for real though, he looks controversial at best as many Bayformer designs do, but I appreciate that he looks different than the usual character . Lots of us fans would've loved a non-old man version of him, but we don't live in the timeline where that's happening. Modern Warfare's Awesome Gunsmith, A Brief Review

Every COD game since Black Ops included some version of the Pick-10 system for create-a-class. The system let you spend 10 slots on gun attachments, perks, killstreaks, and equipment like grenades n such. It was a lot more freeing than the previous system where you had to pick 1 attachment, 3 perks, 3 killstreaks, and 1 grenade. With Pick-10, if you wanted your loadout to have more weapon attachments at the cost of a perk, baby, you got it. Modern Warfare's Gunsmith system is the fully evolved form of Pick-10. Gunsmith allows you to select 5 attachments per weapon, period. Already we're off to a great start. Then you can select 3 killstreaks, 3 perks, 2 pieces of equipment, and 1 field upgrade (powerup). What makes this awesome is that Gunsmith can dramatically change the look and stats of your weapon. These are drastic changes you can feel in gameplay. Studio Series 32 and 44 Optimus Prime Review: A B- Effort in a Long Line of B- Optimus Primes

While the original Studio Series 05 Optimus Prime was and still is a fantastic toy, partly because we haven't seen such an affordable, screen-accurate movie Optimus figure in a long time when it came out, this Studio Series 32 Optimus Prime is slightly better in every way. Originally released in 2019, which is somehow an entire 2 years ago now, I never got around to publishing a review because I was too busy completing my 9 year streak of working without a vacation, sick leave, or health care. But I digress. This review also covers the differently painted Studio Series 44 Optimus Prime that comes with an unpainted, grey trailer and poorly sized, ugly weapons that become hideous, ugly, dumb armor. Other than those things, its same exact toy as SS-32. WFC Earthrise Optimus Prime is Just The Primiest Primet that's Ever Primed

Y'all I said I was feeling Prime this week and I meant it. This'll be brief, not only because I hate to tease my feelings and thoughts, but also because I do my best work when I get to write angrily. Unfortunately, this figure will make any Transformers fan very, very happy. Obviously, just like Movie Prime and Baby Prime , he's a red and blue truck with that good-good War For Cybertron panel lines. Take note of the transparent gasoline green plastic for the headlights and cool blue for the windshield; very nice touches. Like other WFC figures , the alt mode is based on a realistic vehicle that you can't tell is a robot. Well, this figure doesn't pull off the disguise as well due to his proportionally small cab, and, oh yeah, THE OBVIOUS LEGS that make up the hitch area. And I'm okay with him looking a tad borked as a truck, because it allows his robot mode to look immaculate. Yeah. Its a stunner that makes it worth it's $50 price tag. I know that price is
