Eating is one of the many things we can enjoy besides Transformers and video games. And while we should all hope to have the discipline to eat a variety of foods in moderation, we often find ourselves shoveling 4 for 4's down our gullets faster than you can say glub-glub-glub.
We keep eating trash food hoping to fill the emptiness, hoping each piece of heat-lamp nugget will cancel out each piece of trash inside of us but it never does. Instead, it makes us feel worse than how we began and tricks us into thinking this feeling is something that's happening to us rather than us making it happen.

Here's 10 easy recipes sure to paste a permanent smile on your mug. I hit up my boys Chef Marco Pierre White and Chef Gordon Ramsay for recipes, tweaking 'em here and there until they're to my tastes. My tastes are exquisite, too, by the way.

I've cooked each recipe multiple times because I believe that's the only way to get better at cooking, allowing me to learn tricks and tips that I can now pass onto you. Each post will include the ingredients, the rough amounts (I know, sounds scary but it super duper isn't), cooking time needed, the best utensils to use, photos-- you name it, it'll be there.
I'll see you bright and early tomorrow with the first recipe to fix our trashy insides.
