Beef and Guinness Stew with Rosemary Bread: An Easy Meal Guide to a Delicious Dinner

Hey ya'll, we gon' eat good tonight. It doesn't look appetizing, but this dish is slap yo' momma delicious... I'm also going to get better at taking more, better photos when cooking. I promise.

Anyway, the meal guide video, I take your hand for a beefy 47 minutes to explain and demonstrate each and every step needed to make a very yummy, rich, belly filling dinner. This stew is super easy to make and perfect for all occasions, like sexy dates or family friendly Sunday supper.

In the beginning of the video, I mention a thing or two about a 10 minute version of the same video, but, ya'll, that's probably not going to happen due to the space constraints of keeping a 47 minute long, 4k, 60fps video in my storage. Anyway, the video, recipe, and source links are all below.

Cheers ya'll.

Beef and Guinness Stew from MPW

1 Pint Guinness

2 Carrots cut into chunks

A few prunes or dates

Prune juice

1lb or so of beef (Any cut will do. The thinner the cut the more soup like your stew will be. If you use thicker larger chunks that the cuts I used, it'll taste the same and look more appetizing.)

2x Beef bouillon cubes (Start with two cubes and add more or less depending on your tastes)

2x White onion chopped

Any extra seasoning you like (Ms. Dash, paprika, etc)

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper
